Stephanie

Stephanie has over 19 years of experience working in Operations and Technology for the RIA Industry. She holds her current Salesforce Certified Administrator Credential and has been a Salesforce Administrator since 2009. Stephanie became passionate about Salesforce when she saw how it transformed the operations of the RIA she worked for 10 years. The efficiencies it provided allowed their company to grow and Stephanie became passionate about helping other people achieve these results.

Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington. She lives in a small mountain town at the base of Pikes Peak where she enjoys hiking, biking and adventure travel.

Swatha

Swatha is an experienced salesforce consultant with a passion for transforming operations through innovative solutions. She has a bachelor’s degree in information technology from India and a master’s degree in information systems from Kingston University in the UK. She has been a certified Salesforce Administrator since 2012 and holds additional certifications in Conga and Form Assembly.

Her journey with Salesforce began in 2012 when she volunteered with a non-profit organization to assist with their Salesforce setup and management. Since then, she has worked on various projects, consistently delivering efficient and impactful solutions. She also spent three years in the UK as a healthcare consultant before relocating to the United States.

Swatha lives in Rocklin, California with her family. She is a trained Indian classical singer and enjoys hiking and traveling in her spare time.

Adam

With 15 years of Salesforce experience, Adam specializes in tailoring Salesforce solutions to fit his clients’ operational needs—ensuring the system works for them, not the other way around. His approach centers on deep collaboration, identifying needs, and leveraging admin tools like custom objects, fields, and flows to create seamless automations. He also prioritizes client empowerment, following a “train the trainer” philosophy to help teams build long-term Salesforce expertise.

Adam’s experience spans Financial Services, Government, Non-Profits, and NGOs, giving him a broad perspective on industry-specific challenges. With a detail-oriented, proactive approach, he anticipates client needs and provides both technical solutions and strategic guidance. His combination of deep Salesforce admin knowledge and strong client-facing skills—project management, communication, and public speaking—ensures a smooth and effective implementation process.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys hiking, birdwatching, and exploring National and State Parks. He also loves reading, movies, and cheering on the Patriots and Ohio State (Go Bucks!). When he’s not outdoors or watching sports, he can be found baking or working on arts & crafts.
